The stainless steel sintered felt filter cartridge uses a standard five-layer sintered mesh structure, made by stacking and vacuum-sintering five layers of stainless steel wire mesh. It features high corrosion resistance, excellent permeability, high mechanical strength, ease of cleaning with backwash capability, and stable filtration precision. This series of filters is resistant to high temperatures and thermal shock, operating under conditions up to 600 °C, and remains stable even in oxidizing atmospheres. Its multi-dimensional honeycomb nested capillary structure provides superb separation and noise reduction performance, making it widely applicable in filtering high-temperature gases, oil-water separation, polymer melts, pharmaceuticals, and other media.
