PuretraTech LLC ships products from local stores, local warehouses, or global international facilities. This policy outlines shipping terms, delivery expectations, and related procedures. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

• Carrier and shipping method selected at our discretion unless specifically agreed in writing • Most products ship DDP if the products apply to the specific contract under the regulation on international trade (Delivered Duty Paid) • Some specialty items may ship under different terms; notification provided during processing • Customer pickup is required for orders exceeding 250 lbs (contact us for arrangements)

• All delivery dates are ESTIMATES ONLY and NOT GUARANTEED • Processing time: 1-5 business days after payment verification • Domestic shipments: Typically 5-10 business days • International shipments: May require 2-6 weeks for delivery • No liability for delays due to customs processing, carrier issues, or force majeure events

• Charges calculated based on order weight and value, excluding applicable taxes • International shipping is subject to additional fees determined at checkout and contract terms • Split shipments may occur based on product availability without prior notice

• Title transfers to Buyer upon delivery to carrier • Buyer assumes all risk of loss during transit • Insurance during transit is Buyer's responsibility

• Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information will incur full reshipping costs plus 20% handling fee • Orders refused without authorization may be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees

Buyer MUST inspect all products immediately upon receipt and report any defects or damage within five (5) days. Failure to provide written notice within this period constitutes acceptance of the products as delivered.
