Return Policy Overview
PuretraTech strives for customer satisfaction. However, we understand sometimes products may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our return and exchange procedures. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility Requirements
Returns are accepted ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:
• Return requested within 30 days of delivery
• Item is completely unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are intact
• Return authorization number has been obtained PRIOR to return
• Item is not among excluded categories listed below
Non-Returnable Items
The following items CANNOT be returned under any circumstances:
• Sterilized products (for health/safety reasons)
• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
• Digital products, software, or downloadable content
• Hygiene-sensitive and personal care items once opened
• Perishable goods
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Items with removed/damaged packaging or tags
• Items showing any signs of use or wear
Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Submit return request to [support@puretratech.com] within 30 days of delivery
2. Include order number, reason for return, and product condition
3. Wait for written approval with return authorization number
4. Ship using ONLY approved carrier to designated address
5. Clearly mark return authorization number on package
6. Retain tracking information until return processed
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED AND DISCARDED WITHOUT REFUND OR NOTIFICATION
Refund Information
• All approved returns subject to minimum 20% restocking fee
• Initial shipping charges non-refundable under all circumstances
• Return shipping costs borne by customer unless due to our error
• Refunds processed to original payment method only
• Processing time: 10-15 business days after inspection
• Credit adjustments at our sole discretion; no cash refunds for credit card purchases
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange rather than return:
• Follow the same initial return request process
• Clearly state that you desire an exchange rather than a refund
• Specify the exact replacement item (size, color, model, etc.)
• If replacement costs more than original, you will be invoiced for the difference
• If replacement costs less, the difference will be refunded less applicable fees
• Exchanges subject to product availability
Damaged or Defective Items
For items received damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos of damage
• Include order number and detailed description of the issue
• Do not return without authorization
• Replacement or refund provided at our discretion after verification
• We may request return of defective item at our expense for inspection
