The stainless steel powder sintered filter cartridge uses a standard five-layer sintered stainless steel mesh as the main filter medium (customizable), stacked and vacuum sintered into an integrated structure. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, good permeability, high mechanical strength, and compressive capability, with sanitary and clean filter media and no mesh shedding. It withstands high temperatures (≤600 °C) and thermal shocks, operating stably even in oxidizing atmospheres. The special multi-dimensional honeycomb nested capillary structure provides outstanding separation and noise reduction. Available in over 100,000 size and type combinations, customizable to complex structures. Suitable for filtering liquids and dust in petrochemical, nuclear power, and chemical industries.
