The stainless steel pleated sintered filter cartridge is made from stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel woven mesh using a pleating process. The stainless steel fiber sintered felt can be made into a multi-layer gradient structure from coarse to fine, offering high porosity and high contaminant-holding capacity; the stainless steel woven mesh, made from wires of different diameters, gives high mechanical strength, no shedding, easy cleaning, high temperature resistance, and economic durability. The filter structure includes protective, precision control, dispersion, and multiple strengthening layers. After sintering, it features high strength and pressure resistance, suitable for precision range 2–200 μm and temperature range -200 °C to 650 °C, is backwashable, and has a long service life. It is widely used in water treatment, oil, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and chemical industries.
