The stainless steel pleated multi-layer sintered mesh filter cartridge (also known as melt filter cartridge) mainly uses stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel fiber sintered felt as the filter media, shaped by metal pleating technology. It features a standard five-layer sintered mesh structure (protective layer, filtration control layer, dispersion layer, support framework layer, and framework layer), with smooth pores, easy cleaning, high-temperature resistance (≤500 °C), and corrosion resistance. The pleated design increases the filtration area (5–10 times that of ordinary cylindrical filters), offers excellent backwash regeneration performance, and can be reused for a long time. It is particularly suitable for continuous and automated filtration operations. Widely used for oil filtration and high-temperature gas or chemical media treatment in metallurgy, petroleum, paper-making, and steel industries.
