Product Description
The stainless steel metal membrane filter cartridge is integrally formed by high temperature vacuum sintering into a three-dimensional mesh structure. The membrane is composed of a metal plate mesh, coarse metal fiber layer, and fine metal fiber layer, featuring high filtration accuracy, high porosity, high air permeability, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to airflow impact and mechanical vibration. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, waste incineration, glass, ceramics, coal-fired power plants, and cement industry for high-temperature dust-laden gas filtration, meeting strict emission and waste-heat recovery requirements. It offers long service life, supports both online backflushing and offline cleaning, and is reusable.
