The stainless steel melt filter element is made from stainless steel sintered mesh or multilayer stainless steel wire mesh through special sintering processes, with material options like 304 or 316L stainless steel for excellent corrosion and high-temperature resistance. It is especially suitable for filtration of molten media under high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosive conditions, effectively removing impurities and particles. The element features sturdy construction, high temperature resistance (≤350 °C), high pressure tolerance (0.6 MPa), high precision filtration (100 μm), and can be backwashed or regenerated. Widely used for liquid filtration in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, and environmental protection industries.
