The sintered stainless steel filter cartridge is mainly made of stainless steel fiber sintered felt processed by a pleating technique. The stainless steel fiber sintered felt can be fabricated into a multi-layer structure with gradually finer pore sizes, offering high porosity, high dirt-holding capacity, high filtration accuracy, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, easy processing, and long service life. This filter cartridge is reusable and cleanable, suitable for long-term use. Compared with disposable filter materials, it has a higher cost; however, with regular maintenance, it achieves optimal performance. Therefore, it is increasingly used in petroleum and petrochemical industries for product and process medium separation.
