Product Description
The sintered mesh fluidizing plate is used in gas fluidized beds, material transportation, and powder fluidization processes, mainly for controlling gas distribution and achieving stable fluidization effects. Made from sintered metal mesh plates, it features uniform gas distribution, stable flow and resistance characteristics, high mechanical strength, high rigidity, and easy assembly and maintenance. In chemical, metallurgical, and other processes involving mass transfer, heat transfer, and chemical reactions, the fluidizing plate improves efficiency and reduces energy consumption. With temperature resistance from -50 °C to 500 °C, acid/alkali corrosion resistance, it offers wide applicability and a long service life. Typical applications include fluidization in coal powder injection for blast furnaces in steel industry, pneumatic powder conveying, and alumina production.
