Product Description
The aerospace industry sintered mesh filter element (multi-layer stainless steel sintered mesh structure) is composed of multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh of different mesh sizes, sintered under high-temperature vacuum to form a three-dimensional structure with gradient pore sizes. The main filter materials are stainless steel woven mesh and sintered metallic fibers. The outer layer traps large particles, the inner layers capture finer impurities gradually, achieving deep gradient filtration and enabling backwash regeneration. It has a stable structure, excellent pressure and temperature resistance (-200 °C to 650 °C), and resists acids, alkalis, and various chemical media. Customizable interfaces and structures allow it to be widely used in petrochemical, steel, chemical, coking, food, lithium battery, and aerospace sectors for air, water, and other liquid filtration.
Key Features
1. 4th and 5th layer support provides excellent mechanical and pressure strength.
2. Surface filtration material, easy to clean, suitable for backwashing.
3. Good processability: cutting, bending, punching, stretching, welding.
4. Withstands temperatures up to 480 °C.
5. Made of SUS316L stainless steel, excellent corrosion resistance.
6. Wide precision range, stable performance.
7. Protected by upper and lower mesh layers, diffusion solid-state sintering prevents deformation.
