The pleated mesh filter element primarily uses stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel fiber sintered felt as the main filter layers. The stainless steel woven mesh is made from stainless steel wire, and the pleated design provides smooth flow channels, easy cleaning, high temperature resistance (up to 300 °C), corrosion resistance, no wire shedding, and long filtration cycles. The stainless steel fiber sintered felt is a porous deep filtration medium made by high-temperature sintering, characterized by high porosity, good air permeability, high dirt holding capacity, and strong regenerability. The element has high mechanical strength (supported by 4th and 5th layers), supports backwashing, and is suitable for gas and liquid filtration in pharmaceutical, petrochemical, steel, and chemical industries. Designed for continuous operation at 0.4 MPa and 0–300 °C, customizable upon request.
