Product Description
The perforated plate composite sintered mesh filter cartridge is made by vacuum sintering a perforated plate with multiple layers of square mesh, forming a durable and innovative metallic filter medium. The perforated plate can be made from standard stainless steel 304, 2205, 2507, 904L, or 316 material, and the number of mesh layers and mesh counts can be customized according to different operating conditions and applications. The filter cartridge thickness can be within 10 mm, and dimensions can be customized. It is widely used in water treatment, beverage, food, metallurgy, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
