The five layers of stainless steel wire mesh are stacked and sintered in a vacuum furnace, offering high corrosion resistance, good permeability, high strength, ease of cleaning and backwashing, precise filtration accuracy, hygienic filter material, and no wire shedding. Main connection options include standard interfaces (222, 220, 226), quick connections, threaded connections, flange connections, tie-rod connections, and customized interfaces. This filter cartridge is applicable to filtration in polyester, water treatment, oil, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, chemical, chemical fiber industries, as well as high-temperature air filtration.
