The multi-layer mesh stainless steel sintered filter cartridge adopts the standard five-layer sintered mesh (protective layer, filtration control layer, dispersion layer, multi-strengthening layers) as the main filter medium. It is made by stacking five layers of stainless steel wire mesh and vacuum sintering, offering corrosion resistance, good permeability, high strength, easy cleaning and backwashing, stable filtration precision, and no wire shedding. It features a large filtration area (5–10 times that of ordinary cylindrical cartridges) and a wide filtration accuracy range (1–300 μm). Service life is ≥1 year in chemical applications and ≥2 years in water treatment (depending on medium acidity/alkalinity and chloride content). Widely used for filtration of polymers, oil-water separation, high-temperature gases, and pharmaceuticals, suitable for gas and liquid filtration in petrochemical, steel, and chemical industries.
