The metal sintered pleated filter element is made from multiple layers of stainless steel woven mesh through layered pressing and vacuum sintering processes, ensuring high mechanical strength and overall rigidity. The filter medium is stainless steel sintered felt, with a filtration precision of 3 μm. The pleated structure effectively increases the filtration area and reduces pressure drop. It is suitable for filtration, washing, and drying (three-in-one) equipment, as well as multifunctional solid-liquid separation applications integrating stirring, reaction, and automatic slag discharge. The overall structure withstands 0.6 MPa pressure and ≤300 °C continuous operating temperature, with higher short-term tolerance. It offers high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance (SUS316L, 304), easy processing, and easy cleaning (including backwashing). Widely used in petrochemical, fine chemical, pharmaceutical chemical industries, water treatment, and gas purification.
