The metal sintered mesh filter cartridge adopts stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel fiber sintered felt as main filtration media. The woven mesh is made from high-quality stainless steel wire with smooth pores, easy cleaning, no wire shedding, and long filtration cycles. The stainless steel fiber sintered felt, made by high-temperature sintering of stainless steel fibers, is a porous deep filtration medium with high porosity, good breathability, high contaminant holding capacity, and strong regeneration ability. This filter has a large filtration area (5–10 times that of ordinary cylindrical cartridges) and wide precision range (1–300 μm), with long service life—≥1 year in chemical industry and ≥2 years in water treatment with proper maintenance—suitable for filtering polymer, oil-water separation, high temperature gas, pharmaceuticals, and more.
