The metal sintered filter cartridge (flange type, also known as melt filter cartridge) mainly uses stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel fiber sintered felt as filtration media. Stainless steel woven mesh, made from high-quality stainless steel wires, offers smooth pores, no wire shedding, corrosion and high temperature resistance, long filtration cycles, and easy cleaning. Stainless steel fiber sintered felt is produced by high-temperature sintering, forming a porous deep filtration material with high porosity, good air permeability, large dirt-holding capacity, and strong regenerability. The cartridge adopts a multi-layer composite sintered structure (with upper and lower mesh protection and diffusion solid-state sintering), giving it high mechanical strength, excellent pressure resistance, and stability, making it suitable for precise gas filtration under high temperature and high pressure.
