The metal sintered felt melt filter cartridge (also known as stainless steel pleated sintered mesh filter cartridge) mainly uses stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel fiber sintered felt as filtration media. The stainless steel woven mesh, made of stainless steel wires, features smooth pores, easy cleaning, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, no wire shedding, and long filtration cycles. Stainless steel fiber sintered felt is made by high-temperature sintering to form a porous deep filtration medium with high porosity, good air permeability, strong dirt-holding capacity, and regenerability. It adopts a standard five-layer sintered structure (protection layer + precision control layer + dispersion layer + multiple strengthening layers), providing high mechanical strength and pressure resistance. It offers uniform surface filtration in the 2–200 μm precision range and can operate continuously from -200 °C to 650 °C. The structure is easy to backwash and reuse, suitable for high temperature and high pressure gas/liquid filtration in petrochemical, nuclear power, and chemical industries.
