The metal powder sintered filter cartridge for pharmaceutical industry is manufactured using powder metallurgy, with stainless steel, copper, nickel and other metal powders as raw materials. After precise proportioning, pressing, and high-temperature sintering, atom diffusion between powder particles forms strong metallurgical bonds, creating a stable structure with uniform porosity. The pore structure can be tailored for applications from coarse to high-precision filtration. It operates stably from -200 °C to 800 °C, offering high strength, rigidity, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, strong contaminant holding capacity, and easy cleaning/regeneration. Suitable for liquid and gas filtration in pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries, such as drug solution filtration, ultrapure water preparation, and high-temperature gas dust removal.
