The high-temperature stainless steel sintered mesh filter cartridge is made by stacking five layers of stainless steel wire mesh in a specific sequence and sintering them in a vacuum, forming a high-strength, stable-structure new filtration material. Its typical structure includes the framework layer, filtration control layer, dispersion layer, protective layer, and support framework layer. It offers high mechanical and compressive strength, high-temperature resistance (up to 480 °C), corrosion resistance (SUS304, 316L materials), and is easy to clean and process (cutting, bending, punching, stretching, welding). Suitable for precision filtration in high-temperature and high-pressure environments in petroleum, chemical, and metallurgical industries.
