Product Description
The high temperature stainless steel sintered felt pleated filter cartridge is made from stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel woven mesh using pleating technology. The stainless steel fiber sintered felt can be fabricated into multi-layer gradient structures from coarse to fine, offering high porosity, large dirt holding capacity, and low pressure drop. The stainless steel woven mesh, woven from stainless steel wires of varying diameters, provides high strength, no shedding, high temperature resistance (≤500 °C), easy cleaning, and durability. The cartridge withstands 0.3 MPa, has a filtration precision of 20 μm, and can be custom-fabricated in reinforced, thickened, or mesh-protected forms upon request. Suitable for petrochemical, pharmaceutical, textile, metallurgical, and high-temperature water filtration applications.
