The high temperature resistant multi-layer sintered mesh filter element is made of stainless steel woven mesh through special laminated pressing and vacuum sintering processes, with high strength and overall rigidity. The interlaced pore structure of each layer forms an ideal filtration configuration, overcoming issues of low strength, poor rigidity, and unstable pore size in ordinary metal meshes. It can be designed to match porosity, permeability, and strength characteristics as needed, achieving excellent filtration accuracy, low resistance, high mechanical strength, wear resistance, high/low temperature tolerance, and good processability. The filtration layer placed in the second layer ensures uniform precision, high stability, and also provides protection and flow distribution. Made from 316L stainless steel, it performs stably at 200–480 °C in acidic/alkaline environments and has excellent corrosion resistance. The surface filtration structure enables backwashing, allowing repeated use and long service life.
