Product Description
The high-temperature resistant multi-layer sintered filter cartridge (also known as melt filter) is mainly composed of stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel fiber sintered felt. The woven mesh, made of stainless steel wire, features smooth pores, easy cleaning, no wire shedding, and long filtration life; the stainless steel fiber sintered felt is fabricated by high-temperature sintering, providing high porosity, good breathability, high contaminant-holding capacity, and regeneration performance. Adopting a multi-layer structure with the fourth and fifth layers as reinforcement, it offers excellent mechanical strength and pressure resistance, and withstands high temperatures up to 480 °C. With SUS316L or 304 material, it provides outstanding corrosion resistance and stability. Suitable for liquid filtration in petrochemical, nuclear power, and chemical industries.
