The high-temperature gas filtration metal sintered filter cartridge uses a standard five-layer sintered mesh (protective layer, filtration control layer, dispersion layer, multi-strengthening layers) as the main filter medium. It is made by stacking five layers of stainless steel wire mesh and vacuum sintering. It features high strength, corrosion resistance, good permeability, easy cleaning and backwashing, and no wire shedding. It can operate at high temperatures (up to 600 °C) and in oxidizing atmospheres, with excellent thermal shock resistance. The multi-dimensional honeycomb capillary structure provides separation and noise reduction functions. Widely used for high-temperature gas and liquid filtration in petrochemical, steel, and chemical industries.
