The high temperature flue gas dust removal metal filter cartridge (also called high temperature metal filter bag) is manufactured by processing metal wire into metal fiber via bundle drawing, then laying into a nonwoven fabric and sintering at high temperature, followed by welding fabrication. The filter medium is a gradient three-dimensional porous structure laminated from different pore size fiber layers, with welded fibers to ensure pore stability. It offers high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and operational stability. Specially developed for high temperature flue gas dust removal, it features resistance to high temperatures (up to 1000 °C), wear, and corrosion, with high strength and service life up to 3–5 years. Applications include metallurgy, coal-fired boilers, alumina industry, cement, vehicle exhaust purification, refinery catalyst recovery, precious metal recovery, and waste incineration dust removal.
