Product Description
The high pressure backwash high temperature dust removal metal filter cartridge is manufactured via high temperature vacuum sintering as an integral unit, forming a three-dimensional mesh structure. The metal membrane consists of a composite of a metal plate mesh, coarse metal fiber layer, and fine metal fiber layer, providing high filtration precision, high porosity, excellent air permeability, high temperature resistance (≤750 °C), corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and resistance to airflow impact and mechanical vibration. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, waste incineration, glass, ceramics, coal-fired power plants, and cement industry for hot dust-laden gas filtration. It supports both online backflushing and offline cleaning, with advantages of good flexibility, long service life, recyclability, and static prevention.
