The high-precision multi-layer sintered mesh stainless steel filter cartridge is made of stainless steel fiber sintered felt via pleating technology, and can be manufactured in a multi-layer gradient pore structure from coarse to fine. It offers high porosity, high contaminant holding capacity, high filtration accuracy, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, ease of processing, and long service life. As a washable filter medium, it offers long lifespan; although more costly than disposable media, it provides environmental and long-term economic advantages, and is widely used in the separation of products and process media in the petrochemical industry.
