The high precision multi-layer sintered filter cartridge (also called melt filter cartridge) utilizes a combination of stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel fiber sintered felt. The woven mesh is made from high-quality stainless steel wires, offering smooth channels, easy cleaning, no mesh shedding, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and long filtration cycles. The stainless steel fiber sintered felt is produced via high-temperature sintering, providing a porous deep filtration structure with high porosity, good breathability, large dirt-holding capacity, and strong regenerability. This cartridge uses a standard five-layer sintered structure—protection layer, precision control layer, dispersion layer, and multiple reinforcement layers—ensuring high mechanical strength and high pressure resistance. It provides uniform surface filtration within the range of 2–200 μm, withstands temperatures from -200 °C to 650 °C, and is washable and reusable, suitable for precision filtration of liquids, dust, and high temperature gases.
