This filter cartridge is mainly made of standard five-layer sintered mesh and can also be customized as required. It features strong corrosion resistance, good permeability, high strength, easy cleaning, backwash capability, and stable filtration accuracy. The five-layer sintered mesh is made by stacking stainless steel wire mesh layers and vacuum sintering them, comprising a protective layer, filtration control layer, dispersion layer, support framework layer, and framework layer. The smooth pores and channels ensure excellent backwash performance, allowing repeated long-term use, and making it ideal for continuous and automated processes. The additional multi-dimensional honeycomb capillary structure offers good separation and noise reduction. Widely used in petrochemical, steel, and chemical industries, it can operate under high temperature (≤500 °C) and high pressure (0.1–30 MPa) conditions.
