Product Description
The five-layer stainless steel sintered mesh filter cartridge uses single or multi-layer stainless steel woven mesh as the main filtration medium, with sealing surfaces welded by argon arc welding. The filtration layer consists of 3–5 layers of folded stainless steel mesh. Inner and outer layers provide structural support, with the middle layer serving as the actual filtration layer. All joints are welded to form a complete, leak-free cartridge with no media shedding. The stainless steel woven mesh is made from wires of different diameters woven into various mesh counts, offering corrosion resistance, high temperature tolerance, high mechanical strength, and stable filtration performance.
