The five-layer stainless steel sintered mesh filter cartridge uses a standard five-layer sintered structure, made by stacking five layers of stainless steel wire mesh and sintering them in a vacuum furnace. The standard configuration includes a protective layer, precision control layer, dispersion layer, and multiple reinforcing layers, offering high corrosion resistance, good permeability, high mechanical strength, easy cleaning, excellent backwashing performance, and stable filtration accuracy. Widely used in water treatment, oil, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and chemical industries.
