Filter elements made from stainless steel woven mesh in pleated form feature smooth channels, easy cleaning, high temperature and corrosion resistance, no wire shedding, and long service life. Multi-layer sintered mesh elements made from stainless steel fiber sintered felt are porous deep-filtration materials with high porosity, good air permeability, strong contaminant holding capacity, and regenerability. The product offers a large filtration area (5–10 times that of ordinary cylindrical elements), wide precision range (1–300 μm), and reusability. In chemical industry applications, lifespan is no less than 1 year, and in water treatment no less than 2 years (high acidity/alkalinity or chloride content reduces lifespan). Suitable for filtration of polymer melts, oil-water separation, high-temperature gases, and pharmaceuticals.
