The 5-layer sintered mesh filter element uses a standard five-layer sintered mesh, customizable upon request. It consists of five layers of stainless steel wire mesh laminated and vacuum sintered into an integral structure, offering excellent corrosion resistance, good permeability, high mechanical strength, ease of cleaning and backwashing, precise and stable filtration, hygienic and clean material, and no wire shedding. Suitable for filtering lubricating oil, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant liquids, with an operating temperature range of -200 to 650 °C and working pressure up to 0.1–30 MPa. Before delivery, the product is cleaned by pickling, chemical polishing, and ultrasonic vibration; after use, it can be regenerated by gas backflushing, high-pressure water jet, and ultrasonic cleaning to prolong service life. Widely used in electric power, metallurgy, paper making, textile, steel plants, petroleum, polyester production, water treatment, food and beverage, chemical, and fiber industries for liquid and high-temperature air filtration.
