The 316 stainless steel sintered felt pleated filter cartridge is a high-performance deep filtration medium made of 316 stainless steel sintered felt. It features a porous structure with gradient pore sizes, providing high porosity, excellent permeability, and a filtration area 5–10 times larger than ordinary cylindrical cartridges. With this high porosity and large surface area, it has strong dirt holding capacity. It can be regenerated through backwashing and reused multiple times. It exhibits outstanding high temperature and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for liquid filtration in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment, and reverse osmosis systems. Standard filtration precision is 5 μm (optional 1–300 μm), with 0.6 MPa pressure tolerance, continuous operating temperature of 100 °C, and short-term higher tolerance.
