The 316L pleated sintered felt melt filter element is made from stainless steel fiber sintered felt processed with pleating technology. The sintered felt features a multilayer structure with pore sizes from coarse to fine, high porosity, and high dirt holding capacity. It offers high filtration precision (3 μm), high temperature resistance (≤480 °C), excellent corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength, and can be repeatedly cleaned and regenerated. With sturdy construction and a pressure tolerance of 0.5 MPa, it is suitable for a wide temperature range from -200 °C to 650 °C, as well as acidic and alkaline environments.
