The 304 stainless steel sintered felt pleated filter cartridge uses stainless steel fiber sintered felt as the core medium, with a dense structure and uniform pore size distribution. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, good permeability, high mechanical strength, easy cleaning and backwashing, stable and precise filtration, hygienic filter media, and no wire shedding. It can operate continuously from −200 °C to 450 °C (short-term up to 650 °C), with filtration precision ranging from 2–200 μm. Commonly made as a five-layer sintered mesh or powder sintered structure, available with double open end, flat press, 222, 226, rocket tail, threaded, and custom interfaces. Widely used for precise water filtration in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber textile industries.
