Product Description
The 304 pleated melt filter element is mainly made of stainless steel fiber sintered felt. The multilayer structure has a graded pore size from coarse to fine, offering high porosity, high filtration precision, strong contaminant holding capacity, high temperature resistance (≤300 °C, material withstands -200 to 600 °C), corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent processability, and long life. All-stainless-steel structure provides broad chemical compatibility and suitability for viscous liquid filtration. The element can be regenerated through chemical cleaning, high-temperature treatment or ultrasonic cleaning. Widely used in polymer filtration, petrochemical, electronic high-temperature gas dedusting, refinery filtration, viscose filtration, ultrafiltration pre-filtration, vacuum pump protection, membrane support, catalyst carrier, fuel filtration (automobile, aircraft, ship), hydraulic system filtration, etc.
