The 2205 duplex stainless steel sintered mesh filter cartridge is a standard-structure sintered mesh cartridge, made by stacking five layers of stainless steel wire mesh in a specific order and vacuum sintering them into a single unit. The typical structure consists of a protective layer, dispersion layer, filtration control layer, support layer, and framework layer. Made of 2205 duplex stainless steel, it combines the advantages of austenitic and ferritic stainless steels, offering high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good weldability, and is suitable for precision filtration of gases and liquids under high-temperature and acidic/alkaline conditions.
